about this project

We were brought on to do the show package for a hip hop show called EmSee. The show travels around from city to city and has a freestyle battle. The winner of each city goes to Detroit for the finals where Eminem is one of the main judges. The winner gets to record a song with one of the top producers in hip hop today.

So, we brought in the grit but didn’t want to cheese it up with a typical approach. We decided to make it urban, hard and all about Detroit. We placed the logo or parts of it in almost every shot that we got of Detroit. Turn up the bass and check it out.
