D23 Expo is a convention for all things Disney and this past year we were lucky enough to get to work on a piece for the Disney+ portion of the event. Introducing – The Lenticular; the screen with a surprise! Disney+ partnered with 2Heads to build out their entire section of D23 which included this unique screen to showcase tons of Disney’s content, new and old. The entire spot was a mix of editorial as well as graphics to be displayed on one side of the screen for a total of two and a half minutes. The backside of the angled panels our edit played on were mirrored to give a fun illusion when walking by. Working with their specs and delivery requirements went off without a hitch and we also set it up to loop throughout the entire event. We always enjoy working on editorial spots, especially ones that have hundreds of minutes of content to go through. We’ve got it all covered!
